Accounts and Organization Access

• You must ensure that only authorized staff members are given access to your organization dashboard and administrative controls.
• We may suspend or limit access if we detect misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

Billing

• Some features require paid billing, subscription access, or one-off purchases.
• Unless otherwise stated, paid purchases are billed in U.S. dollars.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of billing contacts, payment methods, and organization details tied to your account.

Service Availability

• We work to keep BingoHub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acceptable Use
