How BingoHub Is Used

Last updated April 11, 2026

What BingoHub Is

BingoHub is a browser-based display and event-management platform for in-person bingo events. It helps licensed organizations manage event logistics, display called numbers on shared screens, and give attendees a companion view on their own devices — without requiring specialized hardware or player app installs.

BingoHub is software used by the organization running the event. It does not operate, host, or conduct bingo games on the organization’s behalf.

In-Person Events Only

BingoHub is designed exclusively for in-person bingo events where players are physically present at a venue. It is not intended for remote participation, online bingo, or any form of internet-based gambling.

  • Players attend the event in person
  • Play cards or boards are provided by the organization at the venue
  • The host operates the event from the same location
  • BingoHub displays numbers and syncs screens across the room

What BingoHub Does

  • Displays called numbers on a shared room screen (TV, projector, or monitor)
  • Provides a QR-code-accessible companion view for attendees to follow displayed numbers on their own phones
  • Keeps the host dashboard, shared display, and player companion views synchronized
  • Supports manual number entry so hosts can use any drawing method their organization or jurisdiction requires
  • Organizes event structure, game queues, and session workflow for the host
  • Generates organized event records to support post-event documentation where required by local rules

What BingoHub Does Not Do

  • BingoHub does not operate or host bingo games
  • BingoHub does not determine the outcome of any game
  • BingoHub does not process payments, collect entry fees, or manage prize disbursements
  • BingoHub does not conduct wagering or betting of any kind
  • BingoHub does not facilitate online, remote, or internet-based bingo
  • BingoHub does not replace legally required drawing methods — organizations may use any drawing procedure their jurisdiction permits or requires
  • BingoHub does not guarantee regulatory compliance for any organization

Organization Responsibility

The organization using BingoHub is responsible for all aspects of its events, including:

  • Holding any required license or permit to conduct charitable bingo in your jurisdiction
  • Following all applicable state, local, and organizational rules governing bingo events
  • Using lawful drawing equipment or procedures as required by your jurisdiction
  • Providing player cards, boards, and all physical event materials
  • Handling all prize disbursements, entry fees, and financial recordkeeping
  • Submitting any required reports or filings to regulatory authorities

Manual Number Entry and Drawing Procedures

BingoHub supports manual number entry, which means the host can use any drawing method their organization normally uses — a mechanical ball cage, a hand-drawn lot, or any other lawful procedure — and then enter each number into BingoHub to display it on shared screens and sync all views.

BingoHub also offers host-controlled assisted entry features for convenience. In all cases, the host remains in control of when numbers are entered and displayed.

Reporting Tools

BingoHub’s reporting features help organizations generate organized event records that support their documentation workflow. These tools are designed to make it easier for organizations to prepare their own filings where required.

BingoHub does not guarantee that its reports satisfy the requirements of any particular jurisdiction. Organizations are responsible for verifying that their filings meet applicable local rules.
